HARVEST MOOD 2021.
It's this special time of the year. The terrific finale of an intensive and emotional year in the vineyards. Due to the pretty necessary and long-expected rain in August and the following sunny summerdays harvest came faster than expected. So far we are overjoyed with the qualities.

IT GOES ON AND ON.
All dry grapes and also Spätlese- and Auslese-qualities were harvested with highest quality. With Federwolke, our first wine from the new vintage 2020 will be available very soon. Controlling quality and sugar level for our Prädikatsweine is still going on and on now...We're very excited! The sunny and also rainy and misty days this autumn have been ideal weather conditions for the origin of Botrytis Cinerea.
So let's hope for their selection soon...
